Case Teresa, 2007 International Builders’ Show Home.

Design By: Bobby Morales, AIBD, ICA

Located in the beautiful master-planned community of Baldwin Park, FL. Built by Goehring & Morgan Construction and designed by Bobby Morales. Featured by HGTV, Builder Magazine, Orlando Sentinel, New York Times, Toronto Times, and many others.

Casa Teresa unites the classical beauty of authentic 1920’s Spanish eclectic design with the latest in twenty-first century home products and technology. Bobby Morales’ meticulous adherence to the romantic period style is reflected in the home’s deep-set casement windows, cantilevered balconies and sandy-toned, hand-troweled stucco walls. A low-pitched, clay barrel tile roof resides over Spanish specialty windows with elegant wrought iron “raja” coverings. The house is offset by a series of porches, loggias and arcades with Roman columns that are integral to this style of architecture. Numerous luxury touches for the five bedroom, five-and-a-half bath residence include a wine cove, and outdoor living room/kitchen with fireplace, a library/office with separate entry, a master bath with his-and-her closets/storm room, separate vanities, a Roman tub with a fireplace; a rotunda entryway to the master suite, two pantires and a circular foyer.

Total square footage is 6,493 square feet of living space and 8,575 square feet under roof.
